Dashboard Tags Filter and Timeframe Picker Dropdown Fixes

Two issues with dropdown controls in Bullhorn Analytics Dashboards have been resolved. In the Tags filter on the main Dashboard page, clicking a tag in the lower portion of the list now correctly selects it. Previously, the page jumped to the top of the list and the tag was not applied.

Several issues with the timeframe picker have also been resolved: the preset list now scrolls correctly, the custom date section remains in place when scrolling, and the calendar opens upward when near the bottom of the viewport to keep it fully visible.
